Mr. P Nagesh is a designated senior advocate, with a practice spanning since 1994 in the realm of commercial litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, and Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal. He serves as counsel to numerous law firms and commercial advocates, representing them before the NCLT and NCLAT. Additionally, he is frequently invited as a speaker on various topics pertaining to the Companies Act across diverse platforms.
With over two decades of extensive experience, Mr. Nagesh specializes in handling mergers and acquisitions, winding-up petitions, writ petitions, and service matters before various High Courts and NCLTs. His expertise extends to managing arbitration-related matters and legal cases for several autonomous institutions of the Government of India. He has also played a pivotal role as counsel in various government-related cases, including those involving the Indian National Science Academy, CIPR, and other corporate entities.
He is an esteemed member of Supreme Court, Delhi High Court Bar Association and Vice President of NCLT Bar Association, Delhi.
