Prince advises various MSMEs, Startups and Corporate Clients in the areas of Compliance Management, Stock Exchange/ SEBI related matters, Capital Market Transactions, Investor Relations, Policy making, Foreign Exchange laws and routine secretarial functions and has helped various companies in setting up businesses in various parts of India by undertaking locational analysis.

He has also gained significant experience in the field of Corporate Law, SME IPOs, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, Due Diligence and SEBI Laws.

He has been successfully representing clients before various regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotions, RBI, Official Liquidator, etc.
