Mr. Sanjeev Malhotra is a fellow member of ICAI, ICSI, Cost accountants and LLB. He has more than 36 years of experience. He worked in Industry for 17 years heading Finance, Costing and Secretarial functions and since 2003 he is in practice as business consultant with specialization in Indirect Taxation. He has authored more than 8 (Eight) Books on GST and VAT. He has written many articles on contentious issues in Indirect Taxation. Most of his articles have been published in various tax journals. He has been speaker at various seminars organized by professional institutes and industrial bodies. He was nominated by ICSI to make presentation on suggestions to GST law before Ministry of Finance and CBEC and to Empowered Committee of State Finance Ministers in 2017.
